Do you accept reservations?
Yes, we accept reservations. Please call us or book online through our Whatsapp or our OTA channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com
What are your operating hours?
We are open during weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please reach us for specific information on those dates.
What services does your property management company offer?
Yes, we offer “Marketing Only” Service and an “End to End” Service. It will be tailored to accommodate your needs.
What are your fees for property management services?
We don’t charge any flat fees, instead we apply a sharing profit system which ranging from 15% to 20%, depending on the services required. We also offer customized packages to suit your needs.
How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
We have a network of licensed and insured contractors to handle maintenance and repairs.
How do you communicate with property owners?
We provide monthly report and regular updates via email or phone.
